Bon marche- cheaper swimwear, especially for larger ladies

If there is a better board to put this - please move!!

I have just noticed that the only swimming costume at Bon marche which has a tummy control panel is now reduced by £3 to £12:

If like me your costumes die fast due to the chlorine this is a great buy (I would have preferred a plain black or similar but I will settle for this!!) especially if you use the codes online which I posted here:
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3273994
gives you 20% discount.
I am stocking up now!! (4 cozzies have had to be binned so far this year thanks to the chlorine factor!!)
Being polite and pleasant doesn't cost anything!

Have you thought of treating yourself to an anti chlorine swimsuit? I got a Speedo one from a sport shop, might seem expensive to start at £30 but I swim at least twice a week and a year on it's still going strong :money:
I'm not small either, size 16/18 and I have noticed that the plain ones (navy and black) are slightly cheaper!
  • Hadn't thought of them for swimsuits but they look great and cheap too. I am looking for one or two for my next holiday, and they look just the job for a elderly porker whose bikini days are in the past!!

Thanks for the idea but I suspect they don't make them in my size! I try to swim 3 or 4 times a week so costumes disintegrate rather fast!! (despite washing them thoroughly afterwards etc.)
