is it possibly because the discounts codes dont work with the larger size gel you have got in basket?

Whatever I do, I can't the delivery cost to budge from £1. My order total is over £20, but it still says Delivery £1, despite saying 'Free Delivery for orders ove £20' elsewhere on the website.

Do you think it is worth ordering then emailing them to complain about the charge?

I started off putting 1 in, put the 25% 'welcome' code in, it was accepted and changed it to 2 for £6. 've not used the 50% code on this order as it does not inc shower gels.

I think ringing them on the free number on the 'contact us' link has proved more successful than emailing. I made a dummy order of under £15 and had a discount of 90p, so might not be worth it if under, but worth a try for orders £20 and over especially as 'free delivery for £1' makes 0 sence lol.

I wondered that, but no combination of my order works out at £15, which would have meant a £3.25 disc.

I have dawdled so long on this that my basket has emptied and I have to start again! Maybe I should put it through as it was, a discount is better than none lol. Maybe i can order now and query it tomorrow?
