I am just wondering....
I have a Halifax account (My safe account) and have noticed some of my Debts were sold to companies underwritten by Bank of Scotland. Now if I am in a DAS(DMP) and and keep up the regular monthly payments that they have agreed to. Can they still apply this rule and take money from my account without notice?
Seems all the banks are owned by each other these days....
