My ex husband is a dole cheat.Hes claimed incapacity benefit for last 5 years whilst working gardening and working as a painter with his father.YES ive repeatedly reported him with no success despite proof in letters and addresses ive given where hes been.
He doesnt see his kids.
For last 5 years csa assessment has been nil.
His new girlfriend was unaware till she was fit to drop that he had kids(this is her 3rd by 3 different dads).
Obviously now shes kicked him into getting legitimite employment as she cant claim to be single having just spawned because twice now Ive had working tax credit forms arrive for him here!!!Yes,ive returned them and told office.
Question I would like to know is will he now have to pay maintenance for my 3 kids from our marriage that he doesnt see?
I'm assuming being the lazy b*****d that he is that he will probably work min 16 hours and fiddle the rest.
Please tell me I'll get maintenance and how much! You dont know how long ive waited for this.

If his girlfriend gets him to get a legit job then there is a possibility that you may get some maintenance. However, by the sounds of things, he is on the old system, so it won't be easy to sort out as he will need to provide evidence of his income and housing costs in order to get the assessment done. It is irrelevant whether he sees your children or not in terms of child support, if he is deemed to be able to afford it, he will have to pay. Getting the money may be another matter though! If you know he has a job, contact CSA and ask for an up to date assessment to be done but don't hold your breath on getting any money.0

Obviously he wont provide any proof of working willingly.
Would proof sent to claim wftc be enough for my claim?Or would being on wftc mean his income is too low for maintenance?
He left april 2001

If he is not self-employed the CSA can contact his employer directly for the info. If you don't know his employer they can get the details from the Inland Revenue and contact them directly. His WTC is added to his income and is included in the assessment.0

Doesnt sound optimistic then.I'm anticipating he may go self employed for one of local gardening companies he has already got a " cash in hand friendship" with :-(
Sounding like my best option may be to report all of them again that I know give him work to put fear of god into them.0 -
Yes and give as many details as you can.0
