Apologies if this has been posted already I did a search and nothing came up my mum told me about this great deal to do your bit for charity and get a little something in return! .......
Schuh is asking for ‘kind soles’ to donate their old shoes to participating stores where they will be rewarded with a £10 voucher for every pair they hand over. The shoes are then passed on to Newlife which will either re-sell or recycle them to raise money to support disabled and terminally ill children across the UK
The good news is there is no restriction on the number of pairs you give - so Schuh is encouraging customers to dig right to the back of their wardrobes, check under their beds and empty the cupboard under the stairs for any unwanted shoes. The exchange runs from the 21st of May until the 26th of June and even though you can claim as many vouchers as you want only one can be used per transaction over £30 and vouchers are redeemable up to the 21st of August.
This is available at The Schuh Stores in:-
Aberdeen – Trinity Centre
Stirling - Thistles
Belfast – Royal Avenue
Eldon Square (Newcastle)
Peterborough – Queensgate Centre
Cheltenham – Regent Arcade

Can't believe there are none at all in the South! Lets hope they make this a nationwide thing pretty soon!0
-
is it any pair of shoes and what condition do they have to be in as all mine cost me £10 or less in the first place0
-
Yes aslong as they have a worn tread you can trade them in!
And i agree ... should be a national deal.0 -
I wonder how strict this is and whether you can get away with sending in flip flops and slippers? Strangely enough the flip flops I'd give away cost more than most of my shoes. Good scheme though, thanks op
