How can I clean patent leather?

Options
I've resurrected some nude patent leather shoes from the depths of my wardrobe, only to discover a couple of scuff marks on them. How can I clean them? They are proper patent leather BTW, not the synthetic material that usually wipes clean, so I don't want to try anything too harsh on them!

Thanks,

Floss

try baby wipes to clean off scuff marks. then to make the patent leather supple again before you wear them, smear liberally with Vaseline, leave for a few hours or overnight then wipe it off and buff with a soft cloth.
