Does anyone have any experience with orange home broadband, calls and line rental package and the reliability and customer service that's on offer.
Works out at £21.50 for what i am looking for a month, slightly cheaper than what i get with virgin but a quicker connection and £150 back via quidco?

I used to be with orange for internet. i had been with them for about 10yrs. Their custimer service is terrible. I mean TERRIBLE. You are put through various menus then you get through to a non-english speaking person...this is in no way disrespectful...but having to repeat things over and over again gets fustrating. Orange had taken 2 DD payments from me without my permission. To make a long story short i am now with SKY for everything>line rental/internet/TV. I was paying with BT for the phone line, orange for the internet and Primus for the calls. I compared this to SKY and not only were they cheaper but i also go the TV package thing and I think it is wonderful. Their customer service is brilliant and once through a short menu you get through to a person who understands you and whatever minor problem you have it can be sorted.
Orange on the other hand was a nightmare and I was glad to see the last of them. They are happy to sell you something but god help you is you have a problem and you phone them up. My advice is to stay clear. But if you do go with them and you get, for example, a modem..keep all the packaging&box etc, as if you decide to move from Orange they want that stuff back and if you have not got it they charge you £100:eek::beer:0
