    my only advice is to protect the bouquets if its even a little bit rainy, i had some wooden roses once that got wet and the colour came pouring off them... would hate you to get blue streaks down your dress!

    Thanks again all. Very kind :) And thank you Curious George for the advice, I may bag up the bouquets while getting in and out cars on the way to the venue to make sure they don't get ruined or ruin any clothes. :)

    Could you maybe spray the roses with something ( I'm thinking hairspray, but not sure that would work), to stop them running in the rain? It might be worth experimenting with if you have one or two spare?

    That's a good idea. You can also get spray on varnish - I think I got some cheap from one of the B&M stores
