statement of affairs/income checking

I was made BR in March of this year.I have since agreed my voluntary arrangement of payments for the next 3 years. Does anybody know if and how often the OR checks that income is still the same and do they ever check your P60. I do not want to cheat but I have just received a 'very small' pay increase and wonder whether I really do have to inform them straight away.

You have 21 days to inform the OR of any change in circumstances. This is a legal requirement and you agreed to this when you signed the forms.
The OR will not usually require you to send them P60's etc but they do keep in contact with Her Maj's Tax peeps and if it has been discovered you have been 'cheating' so to speak your discharge can be delayed until an investigation is undertaken and you could land yourself a BRO.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -
ok thanks for the info. I often do extra hours at work and so it is difficult to work out if and how much extra this increase will make me better off. I will wait till next month and see how it goes and then inform them. Thanks for your help
