Basically I emailed back the same day, and have emailed twice since asking when I can expect to recieve my prize, but have heard nothing back is it a lost cause, should I give up?!

Hi Becca Wecca,

I got an email from Prom magazine in May telling me i had won a prize, didn't specify what and asked for my address.

I sent it asap asking what my prize was and rec'd no reponse.

About 2/3 weeks later my prize still hadn't turned up so emailed again asking if it had been posted. No reponse.

A week later i emailed again apologising for emailing again but i had never had a reponse and i was still awaiting my prize. Got a reply within 10 mins and said my prize would be posted that week. Arrived 2 days later recorded delivery. It was a Mood bracelet and necklace. Very nice!

So definately reply and definately worth perservering!

Hmmm, she replied!

Sh said that all prizes have been sent out and check with my local post office to see if it was delivered there. Not too helpful.

I'd won a keyring back in May 2010 from Prom Magazine. I was still emailing them this year trying to get the prize. It still hasn't turned up but they did send a load of beauty products including BareEscentuals blush (worth £20 alone!) as an apology so if it doesn't arrive, keep emailing them
