SOA - Advice Needed Please

I switched to Scottish Power from Southern Electric.
On another note, whilst I am waiting for Payplan to come back to me and considering I have been overdrawn continually for the past year at least, could it be a silly idea to try writing to my bank and asking them for all my charges to be refunded based on the article by Martin or would I be adding fuel to a fire?0 -
if you go onto a DMP you will naturally be defaulting on your debts.
Personally, after commenting on your SOA, I dont tihnk you need to do that. I think through snowballing, getting tightewr with money, and getting all you are entitled to, you should be fine. Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
Thanks lynzpower.
With regards to Payplan, after they have done whatever they do I guess they will come back to me and say "ok lets go ahead". At that point can I put things on hold or should I be doing that now?0 -
If you want to put it on hold, just tell them so when they call you.
Personally, Id crack on with the suggestions given, speak to the benefits agency, check out other savings I suggested and so forth.
Try now with your bank charges, go for them now. Clearly having a job lot of money back from bank charges, would clear some debt? Do you have your statements or do you need to request thme? Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
