Help! Changing to a BTL

Hey guys and girls,

Im looking for some advice re the above topic. I currently have a flat worth about 139k with a 92k mortgage. My monthly payment is £535 pm on a fixed 4.58% mortgage with a year left. Does anyone know the rules re changing to a BTL n moving the equity? I can get aBout 725 pm for rent not including bills.

Any help will be great!

To clarify. Do you wish to remortgage to withdraw some of the equity as well?
