Just come out of my 2 week trial, and very very sad to see it go. I will certainly be subscribing for real money once I have a media center PC, as the service (which you also can get cashback for at linemypocket amongst other places) is truly wonderful. One of the best things I've ever found on the Internet.

Almost every album and track I wanted to hear is there, and you could follow trains of thought and find (for example) covers of favourite stuff (highlights for me being Luther Wright and the Wrong's astonishing bluegrass version of Pink Floyd's The Wall, and a wonderful version of dark side of the moon in dub (Dub side of the Moon). And great for going back in time and listening to stuff I thought I might have liked but never quite bought.

You can listen to everything free during the two weeks (or if you subscribe monthly). You have to pay for downloads of MP3s for burning to CD or MP3 player. I think that if you have a decent way to play these in your living room (i.e. media center PC with direct connection to Napster) you would never ever buy a CD again.

    Can't recommend it highly enough.

When you sign up for this free trial do they ask you to submit your card details? I am wary about giving my card details, especially if its just for a trial.
