What to do with loads of rolls....

After seeing rolls (also known as baps) reduced in asda I stocked up with a huge load and they've barely been touched. Mostly white rolls. I now want to use them and get them outta the freezer....but apart from the obvious (rolls for lunches) is there anything else I can do with them - can I do some sort of bread pudding. I'm looking for something I can do quick and easy - I have a full time job and 2 kids so constantly multi-tasking :-)
I know you guys will have some ideas!

Make sloppy joes on buns. It's an American dish, a bit like bolognese sauce in a bun. The sauce is tomatoey, but quite sweet. I think it generally has ketchup in it and chopped green peppers. you ladle it over the buns and eat very messily.
Or split the buns and make mini pizzas on each half. Tomato sauce/puree, ham/salami plus cheese. Grill. They're good cold for lunch boxes

if any of them are stale-ish, wizz them up with a stick blender and use the crumbs for crumbing chicken fillets. We did these last week and they were absolutely lovely, as "chicken dippers"
We had them as a "side" on a HM pizza to kid ourselves we were having a takeaway. Kid ourselves, that anywhere could possibly make them as good as this for delivery- NO CHANCE they were GORGOUS!! Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

I was gonna say - blitz a load and make lots of bread crumsb that way you can make healthy fish fingers, scotch eggs, chicken coujons etc etc the list is endless - add them to pasta sauces to fill it out - add to soup when blitzing - add to cheesy pasta toppign to bulk it out etc
how abotu cutting circles out of half a bun and fryign ti - a new twist on fried bread - or make eggy bread - but use half a roll soaked in the egg instead of a slice of breadTime to find me again0
