you must start your bidding
from this page.'

Which page does it mean? The one where you click 'bid now' (which leads you to the ebay page) or should I type ebay.com into the browser on the actual pigsback page? x

Click the button that takes you to ebay and then navigate from there to whatever you want to bid on. Then the bidding will be tracked through pigsback and you'll get your points.

As has been said before big thanks to all who put the answers up. Could manage most of it myself (not sure about the crossword) but it saves me a lot of time. I am thankful as I have won at least 2000 points....

Most sign-ups can take up to 28 days for the points to be added. The Butlins was an exception rather than the norm.
