Surely she's responsible for looking after her own stuff including making sure that her pockets are empty before putting things in the laundry.:smileyhea "here, hare, here" :smileyhea0 -

Questions may be asked as to how you managed to have the phone.....are you and the employers daughter having a clandestine affair? hehehe, you could try and replace it in the sales, get one at a good price, then confess, its not so bad really especially if you've managed to get a replica, dont worry, it will all be ok xThis above all: to thine own self be true, And it must follow, as the night the day, Thou canst not then be false to any man. She is only 12. I will let you all know what happens. When I tell her. I am going to go and cook something nice for them now.If you want something very much, let it go free.If it comes back to you,it is yours forever. If it doesn't it was never yours to begin wih.0 -
I've had electrical equipment go through hardships almost as bad and had them work fine again... Is it bashed to pieces or just slightly wet and soapy? If it's the latter, a thorough dry / wash in warm water then thorough dry can see it working fine again. And as it's a mobile, the sim card is the only vital bit- if you can rescue that the phone doesn't really matter.
You should be fine, especially as they may have some festive goodwill which might work in your favourA non-smoker since 05/01/070 -

i dropped a phone down the loo, retrieved it before flushing. switched it off quick and let it dry out. still works but someone else has got it now.
it was just an accident, don't worry, just be honest.
it's only a phone after all nothing really significant.0
