Thanks to all who contribute to this thread.

New to PB, pleased to find 2000 points in my account today, courtesy of a Crossword win. Most exciting item I have received today.

    Congratulations :T :T :T

Thanks Jules, but it was only possible due to yourself and the others, not only promoting pigsback on MSE, but spend time posting links and answers.

Thanks to all the help I've had from this thread, we (in the best Queenerism, that's My Husband and I!) saved £90 in Boots vouchers since March.

My daughter is now the gobsmacked owner of a 4gb ipod nano.

We rang and asked Boots to reserve a silver 2gb one, but (cutting a long story short) when I got to the shop to collect it, one hadn't been put to one side after all, and the only thing they could offer me was a green 4gb one for the same price.

I made a bit of a (polite) fuss, and ended up accepting that (saving £30 odd) AND the manager gave me a £10 Boots gift card "for my inconvenience".

They can inconvenience me any time lol. (I was only cross that I missed the triple points week, but all in all, I'm very pleased with my experience!)

I hope you've all had a lovely Christmas, and wish all us piggies lots of luck and CTs in the new year.

I'm a new piggy and I haven't got any CT's at all either, I imagine there mustn't be any for Christmas day...

never any on a bank holiday
Those we love don't go away,They walk beside us every day,Unseen, unheard, but always near,
Still loved, still missed and very dear
Our thoughts are ever with you,Though you have passed away. And those who loved you dearly,
    Are thinking of you today.

Don't know to be happy or sad about my Christmas present. I been saving my Boots voucher to buy Digital camera and today I got one.But not the one I wanted. I bought lot of stuff through pigsback so I can get the points and I have £70 Boots vouchers and £20 worth of points in my account.

Can someone who knows about the camera tell me if Kodak Easy Share V570 is good.

Hope you all had a good Christmas. Its nice coming here and reading all good wishes.

    Many Thanks

I don't know about yours but I got the Kodax C633 Easyshare and printer Dock G600 from DH today and so far I'm very impressed.

Just found some info on your one and it looks good

well I have had a great christmas..We used £80 of our waitrose shopping vouchers from pigsback to get christmas shopping on friday the next morning we found our fridge/freezer had packed up..we at least managed to save the food by using a churches freezer and our camping fridge. Then on christmas eve at 5pm I suddenly started gettin a fever/sickness/etc and have spent most of the day in bed not being able to eat a thing(first time I have been ill this year},and to top it all I put my mobile phone in a glass of water besides my bed..Merry christmas everyone...humbug!
  • Oh dear, typical funnyguy, get well soon

Oh no, that's not very nice at all. I hope your run of bad luck is over and I hope you feel better soon. I had a poorly sicky DS2 on the22nd and DS1 is down with it tonight.
