Hi fallen, I agree with Hamster I think it's probably caught up in the Xmas post .I was lucky, both my girls got their piggy banks on the same day .If it's not arrived by the new year ,send them an email .

It must have been upsetting for your Daughter, I know what my two are like , if one had got and one hadn't ,there most certainly would've been tears.
