Just wondered if anybody knows how long it takes for points to be credited after buying from Dell? I bought a computer on 29th November and still haven't received anything.

A few weeks back I asked if anyone had tried to get their 250 points from brunel franklin, which assess if your entitled to compensation. Well I filled out the form and and basically made up some answers and voila! I was awarded 250 points today! :T
