thanks to pennylane and matt for your help. i have now cleared the cookies and can log in and out with no problem! im still waiting on two costa vouchers i ordered ages ago. think i will give it another week.

Can't remember exact question but basically is what sort of Insurance do they offer Answer: Gap

to enter for the 10,000 points you also have to fill in the box underneath the question.... and tell them about your worst travelling disaster, when you were glad you had insurance
