for the daily ones...the name of the previous days comp winner is usually under the answer drop down box.....

I ordered a Waitrose voucher on 3rd January and haven't received it yet...

Am hoping it turns up tomorrow (and have been hoping this for several days now...!!). Bearing in mind that they said that any vouchers ordered during the Christmas break would arrive after 10th January, I am giving them the 14 days after 10th January.

But although I have over 1000pts and am ready to order the next voucher - I am holding off until I have sorted out this one...! :rolleyes:

P.S. In the past, when I have chased Pigsback, I have always received a satisfactory solution - either the vouchers turning up (late!) or points in compensation for late vouchers, or points refunded for vouchers which didn't arrive. I have found that polite persistance is the key (I have remained very polite, but firm, when complaining, and I feel that this is key...!)

Oh... I just clicked on "collect rewards" and it tells me "No reward codes have been issued to your account". How do I go about to get these codes? I had a look around the site, but it's doing my head in

okay, hopefully this will work for you

- go to "rewards" at the top of the screen.
- choose the reward you want to purchase.
- click "select items" at bottom of screen.
- then click "my selections" above list of rewards.
- then once on the screen click "order selected items".
- then your reward will be emailed/posted to you as stated.

I chose the voucher but it won't let me to put "1" for the quantity. Nothing happens.

oh, click the little arrow to raise the quantity.
