This could possibly sit somewhere else but I wondered, having used pigsback for years....and being new to quidco... When buying things like car and home insurance etc would people go through pigsback or quidco?

Bearing in mind pigsback offer the equivilent of around £20 back in points and quidco offer as much as £125 (but is not guaranteed as far as I can see).

    Hmmmm

I'm new on both sites, but I'd go for whichever offered me the most money, i.e., Quidco in this case. I mean, technically neither is guaranteed, since they have to get the money from the other company to give you the money, so there is some risk with either. Also, Quidco gives you actual money--Pigsback gives you vouchers.

In general, Quidco seems to have the highest rates, but they don't have every merchant--for instance, no Amazon, whereas other sites (rpoints?) do include Amazon. So it's worth shopping around for major purchases or to see who does which merchant, but be wary of spreading yourself too thin with the cashback sites. There's an article about cashback sites somewhere on this site that explains it better than I can.

It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.

Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.
  • Was John Lewis a merchant on Pigsback before Christmas? I thought I had seen them when I did a search for an electrical item but can't find them now. Of course I could easily be getting confused.....it doesn't take much these days especially on a Monday morning.

Crossword must have been difficult today - it was 5 past when Jules posted the answers!
