hmmm so what happens if you use a voucher that is bought like a £20 one for instance, it doesnt sound right does it

I stupidly used a £1 promo voucher on a large order and received zero PP's! After emailing PB, I received this reply:

CD WOW! have defined the terms of the agreement, which means vouchers used on a purchase don't entitle members to PiggyPoints. The value of the voucher is not looked at, simply whether a voucher was used.

Also the CD WOW! offer states that it can't be used with any other offer or discount, which includes promotional codes. This means use of promotional codes/vouchers will exclude you from receiving the PiggyPoint offer.

Sorry to disappoint!

I thought they would honour points on the rest of the cash payment but obiously not. HTH! x

I was half thinking about returning the blinkin' order and re-ordering minus the voucher but alot of people would have been without xmas gifts

I ordered a leisure voucher and 2 Arcadia vouchers a couple of weeks ago... the leisure voucher came today but no Arcadia vouchers!!!

Sent an e-mail, but doesn't this happen quite a lot?

yipee, I got my shop &earn points too today....ordered a voucher, doing well for next Christmas, am saving them up for Christmas, as they helped so much this year, or should I say last year now that we're in 2007 xxx I just LOVE pigsback xxxx

I ordered a mix of £10 & £5 leisure vouchers and the £10 ones arrived today, but not the £5.

I think it depends what they have in stock how quickly you get them. And the £5 are more popular so take longer, possibly the arcadia ones are popular at the minute - what with the sales being on and all.

I'm sure they'll arrive soon!
