tesco returns

not sure if this is in the right place.

i brought a airbed before christmas to take to my festivals with during the summer. the first night i used it it bursted (didnt overfill it) so had to spend the 5 days there sleeping on the cold floor. can i return this without a reciept or box as it been months since i brought this or do i just have to accept i spent £10 on a product that i got to use for maybe 3 hours

  • If you paid by debit or credit card they may accept your statement as proof of payment. Maybe go in and have a friendly chat with Customer Services and see what they suggest. Even vouchers you could spend in Tesco would be better than losing your money.
