Unique house warming gift?

My best friend and her OH are about to move into their first house. I want to get them something unique, thatll last and that theyll love!

You could make a Hamper up with Champagne and a few "Luxury" items or what about something to plant in the garden (that will grow with them!) such as an ornamental Tree or something?

Yeah maybe a plant with a little gift tag with fancy writing saying the plant name. Or maybe a tin of homebaked goods.?

Bit of a long shot if their house is new but my sister moved into an old victorian terrace that was on a fairly main road and we managed to find an old pic of the street (and house) from around 1900 (look in the library/online) obviously this doesnt apply to most houses these days but its really special if you can find it..

there are loads of facebook sites such as bespoke letters by vikki and pinkpuddleduck designs that create home lettering in your choice of colour and patterns etc....... they make great personal gifts
