Delay in Toluna payments?

Options
About a month ago I traded in my Toluna points for an Amazon voucher. It still says processing in my account. Anyone know how long it will take?

Prior to this I have used other sites that have sent the voucher almost instantly so this has definitely put me off using Toluna in future.

It took my 3 months to get my last payment! I had to chase them up about it, they kept fobbing me off with excuses so I cancelled my account as soon as I eventually received the voucher.

    Hi,

I think I read somewhere that it takes about 6 weeks for them to process it (even for Amazon vouchers, which seems ridiculous).

They do turn up in the end, just don't count on them in the short term. Six weeks is still better than it might be - I know around Christmas time some people seemed to be waiting more like 6 months!!

Toluna used to be really quick turning around vouchers but they were bought out by another company earlier this year and now everything is on a serious go slow. If you don't mind waiting it's an alright site but due to the slowness of adding points (used to be added daily now it's once a week if your lucky) it takes forever to be able to redeem.

Took me 3-4 months before they claimed to have sent my vouchers however they conveniently got "lost" in the post.

Emailed them and got told they will send new ones but will take a while as they come from France.

That was about a month ago and still waiting!

I'm waiting for some Amazon vouchers too, it's the first time I've cashed my points in so I'm not doing any more surveys until they turn up! It's been about 6 weeks so far :(

I got a Toluna Amazon voucher at the end of last week which I applied for 21st March. They always take 2 to 3 months but I have never had a problem or not received one. I always apply for the Amazon vouchers as the code appears on our account and it does not rely on the post.

Some people get frustrated with Toluna paying out so slowly but I find I earn more from the site than any other - I can easily earn £30 a month so am happy to put up with the slow payments and quite like the challenge of trying to earn and have as many outstanding vouchers as possible!
