Mortgage on state benefits..

Hi
we are a young couple im 27 and my wife is 29, i earn 30k and my wife gets around 11k in state benefits as she is disabled (disability living allowance, employment support allowance, tax credits and child benefit) we have 2 children.
We have a current mortgage (we had it before the wifes illness) but are looking to move to a bigger house.
I was wondering if lenders would take these benefits into account?
Thanks for any advice!
