Lenders for Negative Equity

Does anybody know any lenders who are offering new re-mortgage deals for those in negative equity????? Also any mortgage brokers that can assist people in negative equity. Thanks

There are no lenders at all that will offer that.

Approach your present lender to see if they can offer you a deal. I can't see why a new lender would want to offer a deal to someone in negative equity - it wouldn't make much economic sense. Realistically your best option is to overpay/save to get out of negative equity, or sell up and come to an arrangement to pay off the debt.

If your present lender has nothing on offer, then nobody else is going to be daft enough to take on your problem.

Existing lender or save hard. No other choices.
