Clear DWP guide that confirms CSA payments do NOT affect IS

Is there a very simple guide clearly written and supplied by the DWP that confirms CSA payments do NOT affect Income Support benefits.
Someone I know has just cancelled their Income Support entitlement (the knock on effect means they have also lost HB), because they're in receipt of £620 per month child support. I cannot convince them that they are not breaking the law and they can legally claim IB as well. Ironically they are now on the breadline.

It states it quite clearly here, that Child Support doesn't affect what benefits they can claim;

If possible, I'm looking for a leaflet, similar to those the DWP once posted out . I'm dealing with someone who view's the internet like a magic trick.
It needs to be something tangible , if that makes sense ?0 -

Print it off...
...becomes a printed version of an internet page. Magic thats jumped from a screen to pulped wood.
What I would term, a 'vulnerable person', would feel reassured on a medium they're are use to. i.e an offical DWP leaflet.
Unless of course, all DWP clients are now on the internet ?0 -

tell them to make an appointment to see a Lone Parent Advisor at the job centre (you don't have to be claiming to ask to see one) they will be able to assure her that she is allowed to claim IS/CTC and HB and CTB and keep all child support payments.0
