adding a creditor after bankruptcy has been awarded

is this possible? i have a vodafone contract i didnt realise i hadnt put in with my SOA, my bankruptcy has been awarded a few days ago. Can i now add this in with it?

All debts in existence at time of your BR are included. However, as you didn't notify the OR of this one and have now realised, it's worth just ringing your OR's office to inform them.

just ring them on monday. apparently its quite common to miss one or 2 off.

All unsecured debts pre BR can be included in your BR, just contact your OR and tell them you forgot to list them.

Do you owe money, or are you putting the contract in?
Will vodafone cancel your contract if you are bankrupt.
Contract phones are hard to get hold of, if you do not need to get rid and vodafone does not cancel a br's contract it may be worth holding on to.
I held on to two t-moblie contracts and my wife 1 when went br, and have upgraded them since ad.

BUT if you tried to switch providers to a new one...you'll more than likely fair a credit check while bankrupt

Upgrades however you should be fine with..

I think it may be kept as its under a certain amount. I had this problem with a savings account I got free as a student, I went in and when they called it up the note said it was frozen. They have probably already located it !
