It is a long time since I posted on here, but I am in severe do do, hand quilting a quilt, I have just found a rent in the centre block, I cannot get to it to repair it without undoing weeks of work. I have some super mend but cannot find the instructions.......has any one one here ever used it and could PM the instructions to me, I would be so grateful.........

    oh dear - how soul-destroying! I dont do patchwork hun, but I wonder if perhaps you could cut another shape and applique it over the rent? you could also try slipping a piece of iron on webbing behind the tear and pressing it ? or use a fabric glue like no-sew?
    Personally I would be more likely to cover the tear up! but, the one thing I wouldnt do is undo months of work!
    whatever you decide on - I hope it turns out well for you!
    Ive never used supermend so cannot help there sorry!
