Up To 70% Off SPORTS DIRECT.COM

Went in store today (Walsall branch) & swimming costumes Slazenger & Adidas were reduced from £24.99 to £8.99

Also got for 4x vests for him for £10

I've never been in before but it seemed ok, loads of bargains to be had.

I'm going to avoid their website, just because of their highly annoying TV ads!

hi, Unfortunatly sports direct is a bit of a con, they have Always got a sale on, up to 80% sounds nice but you see if you can find most of the items they sell anywere else, if you do you will find they are the same price as sports direct,

clever advertising to draw you in im afraid

Yep always always a sale, same as anywhere you need to check if they are cheapest, bare in mind they do not refund if it doesn't fit or yo change your mind they only exchange.

And they won't even exchange/issue gift vouchers if you've lost your receipt (even if all labels etc which shows quite clearly that it came from Sports Direct are intact).

My teenage sons get their Nike/Adidas footy boots from them online. I always try to find them cheaper elsewhere first and can't. Quick delivery.
    I would recommend.

Same as the others and just to add most of the "brands" they sell are actually owned by them and the quality of the goods are no longer what they used to be, in my very humble view.
I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.

Ah so now I know. Like I said for me it was a first, & if I'm honest I always avoid the big cheapo sports shops (& other sports shops come to think of it). I was only in there as my husband had to return a pair of shorts he bought the week before as they were too big. Admittedly it was such an ordeal having to go to the top floor (3 floors) to exchange stuff, I got told this after waiting in the queue & was not happy, went to the next floor .... & finally got sent to the top floor. I must admit that I was quite happy with my swimming costume though as it was the type (don't laugh as I also have my leopard skin one from Asda) that has shorts in the bottom half, like in the olden days. I've looked everywhere & ain't seen them as cheap as £8.99. I suppose only time will tell with the quality.

Ours has as well, lol! I think they have closed down a few times and re-opened as a new name. I remember when they were sports soccer, can't remember who they were after that.

Ours used to be called streetwise sports. That closed down around 2 years ago and has been sports direct ever since, with a new closing down or liquidation sale every week.
