when I looked at them the Innocent smmothies are 2 of your 5 a day but the supermarkets own are 1 of your 5 a day.

The Innocent ones show what fruit and the quantity to container has in it, never seen this on the others and dont know if some may be made from concentrate

i dont like them too thick for me but by Innocent ones for DS

The Tesco ones (those that had the great glitch on them a week or so ago!) are pretty good. Not too thick and sticky and good flavour. They do say what fruit and how much is in them - but say they equal 1 of the 5 a day portions (in a 250ml glass).

I prefer these to Innocent ones - but I guess its a matter of individual taste.

I am trying the Sainsburies ones at the moment, though for some reason the ones I bought seem to go off a day or two sooner than the Innocent ones, so probably a false economy for me (I drink them to keep a health condition stable so a glass every day for four days suits me to use up the smoothie).

All smoothies are officially only one of your 5 a day. Digestion wise it isn't the same as eating whole fruit/veg.
