Thanks:), maybe I need a metal one then, I can't seem to get the thing to sharpen and I'm kind of pushing it onto the blade because the holes too big and the other one is too small :wall:

I use a No7 sharpener, it's round with a small hole at one end and a large hole at the other end. It's been great tbh after I realised my old sharpener wasn't nearly big enough.

that sounds like the 17 sharpner not the no7 one... I one think this because I worked at boots and were surrounded by the things....

i agree I've aways found the 17 sharpner which has two size hole either end of a cylinder the best sharpner for soap and glory and for benefit products which is a common question.

fortunatly soap and glory and 17 are both sold in boots..... the latter exclusive to said store.

Just a random double one, fits the s&G pencil perfectly though, sharpened mine this morning with it!

Flippin eck I'm such a noodle sometimes :o You are indeed very correct and I'm sooo stupidly wrong lol. Anyways it's a great sharpener and thankfully OP won't go into Boots now asking for the wrong thing :)
