does anyone know when river island will do further markdowns? the best part of their sale is the further 50% off!!!

on an unrelated note, if you subscribe to H&M's email newsletter, you'll have got an email yesterday which you can print and take in to store to get 20% of EVERYTHING!

Does anyone know when Monsoon will do further reductions? I've found a beautiful maxi dress in store but want a better discount than £65 down from £85.

Fyi Accessorize are already doing some things at 70% off as I got some ballerina pumps and a black clutch for £5.20 each from £18 each.

Hi Ruby Roo, I agree with you about Monsoon and their sale prices. Their clothes are highly priced to start with anyway. I spotted a lovely cardigan but it was originally £65.00 down to £39.00 which is still way too much in my opinion £20 would have been nearer the mark!

Hang on in there w=for another week/14 days or so and you will see further reductions and they tend to put it to the back of the store then so you need to be eagle eyed!

Next is on Saturday most stores open at 5am rouble is you need to be there at that time to grab the best stuff

Thanks for your response, I will stay strong!!! You're right about Next - I'm debating whether to go down at 5am or not. On one hand I could do with some new clothes as I've dropped some weight, but on the other hand its always busy and there's been nothing in Next that I've "had to have" this season. I guess I'll set the alarm and see how I feel!
