Poor Poor Customer Service in Mango

I had an awful experience in Mango, I have emailed through there customer services, but no one has replied, I have done so again tonight. I would like to email the owner of the brand or someone high up as my experience was terrible and I left in tears.

I have a really bad ankle and legs at the moment and asked for a seat in changing rooms and was told it wasnt possible and was told I should have brought someone with me if I needed support among other things it was horrible and I really feel it should be raised. I have tried googling etc but can only find general details on webpage which so far have been ignored.

I really would like to raise this somewhere else, any idea's ?

Are you on facebook bet you would get a quick response if you mentioned it on theirfacebook page , not sure if you want to go down that rout though, can imagine some would see it as inflammatory.
