unable to print coupons

Hi I have just started looking on this thread and am amazed how much people save by couponing, so I signed up with supersavyme. I have tried to print the fairy washing up liquid coupon and ariel stain thing but when I select shop and product its says downloading coupon click here but when I do it diverts me to before I shop and coupon dissapears. C ould anyone please tell me what I am doing wrong.
