H & M online

Hello. Has anyone had any problems with the (relatively) new H&M online shop? I'm having a total nightmare. Returned two items, one 3 weeks ago and one 2 weeks ago and they seem to have neither - one I wanted an exchange for. Delivery is painfully slow and quite expensive.

Yeah, I noticed they changed it too...annoying! I purchased some swimwear and usually you can track the package but not anymore? Sucks...
Also, do you mean that you wanted an exchange of the 2 products? Have you emailed CS?0 -
I returned one (didn't fit) and I wanted an exchange (bigger size) in another - ordered separately. I did the 'payment slip in parcel' thing so I've paid only for the second one (which I want if they send me a replacement size!). Apart from the delay, I just don't like the fact that something I've returned is still showing on my 'balance' 3 weeks later.
Spoke to CS today and they said phone back on Tuesday when they will 'investigate'. It just sounded pretty shambolic tbh - the 'warehouse' is obviously not coping with demand.
And to top it all, in my rush to send them back I made the fatal error of not getting proof of postage :? - I think I could be in for a fight....0 -
Part of the problem could well be the huge amount of glitches with the pricing once it gets on the web people get greedy and order loads and loads of stuff using various codes etc and pay nothing or next to nothing, admittedly I did this once but people are setting up specific emails for this and ordering £700 worth of gear, its thrown the whole site into chaos.Thank you for this site MartinThe time for change has comeGood luck for the future0

Well I called again today - returns still not received (after 3 weeks!!). I did get a very helpful CS person who agreed to credit my account and send me the exchange I wanted today without the p&p costs. No doubt I will now receive the original exchange item and the new one as well!!
Still shambolic, but at least they have provided a solution

The saga continues...I won't bore you (incorrect refunds, no exchange received yet etc. etc.) Anyway CS told me today the warehouse that deals with the returns isn't in the UK!!!??!!!
That explains things.... :?0
