hi
can i ring and make my court appointment whilst im waiting on dwp letter do you think?
dwp told me it would be sent on monday but not here yet. well wasnt yesterday ,im not home at moment so cant check till over weekend.
reason i ask is that my bike needs new tyre and i dont want to get it then i dont manage to keep it. but it needs doing asap and what with having to do round trip of roughly 70 miles to get to the court .
also should i put my bike fund( mot etc) down on my forms . try and save £10 a month for it. thankyou

When I made my Court appointment I asked if I could make one on a day to suit me, which happened to be 3 or 4 weeks ahead. So it's worth ringing the Court to see what's possible to suit your circumstances.
You should include Tax, MOT, insurance for your bike, plus some for ongoing maintenance, such as tyres, oil change etc. When I joined, I needed a name. The forum members gave one to me...I am INAN

ive included my tax insurance etc just realised id left off putting something aside for mot etc and dont want them thinking how do i manage to pay it.
when i rang they said i needed letter first but im thinking if i can get app for couple weeks time then letter should be with mebsc 347:j0 -
I would make the appointment now and then if the letter doesn't arrive for whatever reason you can cancel and reschedule.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0

Is this the letter to prove that you're eligible for fee remission? They usually take a week or so to arrive. I'd check with the court when the next appointment is - here it's 6-8 weeks just now, so I'd be booking the appointment straight away

I would be inclined to replace the tyre.
It's unlikely you will lose the scooter, and even if you do that could be a couple of months away.
Too long to be tootling around on a bald tyre.0 -
its not bald!
thing is if i use £65 for new tyre and then loose it , it will be a waste. i think ill ask my brother how much use is left in it.
tried court and they said i cant have app till ive filled the forms in 3 times. ive only done one at pressent lolbsc 347:j0 -

Easy for me to say, but I think you are worrying unduly about losing the scooter.
There is an obvious answer to this, which is only slightly naughty - stick the tyre on a credit card.0 -
your right but i do worrying best lol.
i dont own a credit cardbsc 347:j0
