I've seen a few discussions on here about the quality of Asda/M&S/Next school uniform. I've found some 'Trutex' pieces on M&M Direct which might be of some use to people? Blazers, skirts, shirts etc and also gym wear.

  • This company must have been going for years. I can remember wearing it myself and I'm.......err..over21! :D Also bought it for my daughter and it washed great.

Yeah, we wore it too, but it was because my school uniform was brown (yuck!) and Trutex was the only brand that made brown uniform in the 70s! I see they still do! I stumbled across it as my mum buys uniform for my niece and nephew who both go to private school and need a blazer. I wish my girl would wear a blazer, I think they look lovely!

I'm sure I had some Trutex bits when I was at school. You are right, quality kit.
