I have just rang AEG and they said they are looking into it (must have had quite a few calls!). They said they were aware of the T & Cs and promised to ring me back this pm. Will let everyone know ...

Oooh fingers crossed then!! I've just checked my (bon jovi) calander and it's my lo's parents evening on Wednesday so it's swap venues or pass on tickets.
