Just in case anyone comes and posts here.

I am aware I slipped and said "social services" when I meant to say "social security" is the place to get budgeting and crisis loans from.

Just one of those verbal slips of live TV. I was only aware after I got off air that I'd done it - in my head I'd done it right.

We did an on air clarification, but for anyone interested the full info about them is here

Sorry about that quite annoyed with my self

(and yes I know its called the Job Centre these days - but the generic phrase is still popular usage and crisis loans can be for people in work so i find the term job centre puts some people off)
