Free fish at major supermarket

Listening to BBC News channel (Fri 06:45) they have just mentioned that to try and get people to eat fish other than cod/haddock/ plus a couple of others which are in serious decline if you go into a major supermarket ([STRIKE]they didn't say which one[/STRIKE]Sainsburys on Friday) to [STRIKE]try and [/STRIKE]buy one of these they will offer you an alternative fish portion to try FOR FREE.

    Cod tastes the same as coley and pollock. Try them!

    I already eat trout and mackerel anyway lol. Haven't heard of the others in that article though!

    Do not normally eat fish but as it was free gave it a go, got the coley had the choice of 4 different sauces or 3 types of butter. Had the chili sauce its put in a sealed baking bag and cook for 25 mins had it for lunch and will be buying more it was very good. Thanks to op because would not have seen this as i never look at the fish counter.
