Rolling Rota job

Had an interview for a job today. Went really well and think I have a good chance of getting it. Its 2 days (16 hours) on a 10 day rolling rota. She said the days would be Monday and Tuesday and Friday and Saturday. So would I do Mon & Tues then a gap of 10 days and do Fri and Sat then another 10 days before I work again. Or do I start again on the Monday? She told me twice but I still dont get it. Hope you can understand this. Thanks

the rolling rota will changed every two weeks, so you'll work two days a week (16 hours), then two days the next week (16 hours) and then the rota will be changed so you'll do two weeks of different shifts... for example
Rota 1
Week one - monday and tuesday
Week two - Friday and Saturday
rota two
week one - friday and Saturday
week two - Monday and Tuesday
rota 3
etc etc
That's normally how a rolling rota works.0 -
I cannot see it being a 10 day gap after week 2 - otherwise you would be working every day of the week at some point.....if you are only ever doing Mon-Tue then Fri-Sat, then yes I would expect a one day gap and you would be back to work Mon.0
