stupidly loaned money to friends now trouble re mortgaging

re-reading old posts and thought i'd update this one, i actually paid back all my credit cards in order to apply for a re-mortage. bringing my mortgage rate down from 4.79 to 3.49%.
current situation:
no credit cards
bank account in the black
friend 1 owes me £4600
friend 2 owes me £600
i owe friend 3 £1300
friend 1 has been paying every month but at that rate will take 3 years to clear
friend 2 i'm hoping will pay in one go in a few weeks
finally, i should be able to pay friend 3 what i owe him in 4-5 weeks.
bit of a nightmare though...0 -
stop lending money to people...or borrowing it from them! 4 years with someone else's debt is madness.0
