Of course they are ;) pouting is related to the cod, very firm white flesh, very nice battered or in some kind of sauce.

Megrim is a flatfish, when ive worked in kitchens we used to use this to make our goujons, simply filleted, skin removed cut in to half inch thick strips, floured, egged and breadcrumbed, deep fried for a few minutes.
served with some new potatoes a bit of salad and some homemade tartare sauce and its a meal fit for a king, we used to charge about £16.50 for a lunch of this nearly 10 years ago, in a rather expencive restaurant down in Penzance

both very tasty and rather underated fish

We bought some salmon and got some rainbow trout free. I would have liked to have picked what our alternative was as we've had rainbow trout before but I'm not turning down free food.
