My old mum (bless)has just told me she wants one of these for christmas....anyone know a high street store I can get one from? Pretty please?:beer:

They have some in Habitat and similar in Marks and Spencer (usually near the food checkouts) They fold up and are ok although not fantastic to pull a long way. Both about £10ish I think. M and S one probably cheaper but Habitat have a range of designs.

john lewis sell a small selection of shopping trolleys. The sell a small one that folds up so it can be carried like a hand bag when not in use (then unfolded and wheels folded out to become a trolley) and a couple that dont fold up.

i would recommend the ones that dont fold up as they are more sturdy because they have solid handles whereas the fold up ones have fabric handles that twist and the trolley becomes unstable and can topple over

Try local independant bag shops. I got one a couple of weeks ago with a rigid plastic bottom and wheels, that folds when not in use and I only paid £4 for it - it was to replace one of the same type which I had for over 12 months before the zip finally broke. Well worth £4 though as I used it a couple of times a week and it was always full!!

Try to avoid the fold under type wheels - as they have a tendency to buckle under when you're pulling it along if there's a lot of weight in the bag.
