Won £100 mandara with Sainsburys

I had a wtc from someone a few weeks ago saying i had won £100 worth of mandara spa goodies, and someone woulde be in touch within 3 weeks, was chuffed to bits.
But nobody has rang back, and not sure who to call as i dont have a phone number to ring, or e-mail. I emailed Sainsburys but have not heard anything back at all.
Not sure how long to wait before complaining, sorry i should say its over 4 weeks now

I think I would wait another couple of weeks ...then e-mail Sainsburys and tell them the situation......or maybe call them...they must have someone who deals with competitions.0
