    They never asked my address and I registered for the first time. Maybe only winners get asked that info, through the link they email to say you've won one. Email/You've Won.... link ... give us your address.... sign over your soul and your first born.......

    I enter these and others a lot and haven't bought a mascara in about 3 years:D No spam or any other problems other than it seems to be playing up in IE9 but fine in Chrome.

    If anyone is stuck the answer is 15X:)

    When you register you enter your address, and to enter the comp you log in on the registered account?? I think

    I don't remember putting my address in just an email address, maybe I did though :o

    I dunno, I just logged in to my Rimmel account. When you click on update profile there is a section to enter your address, so if you log in you can check if they have an address for you and if not, you can enter it.

    With the last giveaway (foundation) Rimmel emailed the winners asking for their address and then sent the item out a few weeks later.
