Tesco Overcharge policy

Does someone have a link to the instore double the difference policy? I can't find it on the net but i'm sure it's there. I was refused DTD instore due to buying a few of the same item. I've spoke to tesco's customer service and they spoke to the store and refused aswell saying i'm not a genuine customer!
Consumer direct have advised me to put it in writing to the store manager, i just want to add a copy of their policy to my letter though!

They will have refused you in this instance because you "targetted" the overcharge in order to get DTD.
Apologies, I do not ever recall seeing the policy online, but it should be on the blue board behind the CS desk, and would be something along the lines of "if we got it wrong then we will refund DTD", but I seriously do not think you will get far.
